CANCELLATION POLICY:
A portion of your registration fee ($100) is applied as a non-refundable reservation fee to secure your spot. Cancellations made before May 1, 2026 may receive a refund of the remaining balance, minus the $100 reservation fee.
Because retreat spots are limited and preparation begins in advance, cancellations after May 5, 2026 are not eligible for refunds. If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to aother participant, but you are responsible for arranging the transfer and any payment exchange.
